Father's Day @ Walter Reed in DC with the Delaware
Community Appreciation Group. A fund raising support group started by Butch Elzey of Milford, DE. Our 5th year playing for
the wounded on Father's Day & also doing fund raisers during the years. As usual the D.C.A.G. served the wounded &
their families a beyond delicious barbecue and gave away large sums of money directly to the soldiers as well. Above - Major
General McGee from the Pentagon gave a moving speech. A very likable fellow the general spent a good part of the day there
serving and meeting the wounded soldiers along side the D.C.A.G. volunteers. The rain stayed away & once again it was
an unforgettable event and a day well spent with our soldiers.
